SPECIALIST REPAIRS FOR AUTOMATIC AND MANUAL GEARBOXES

Kicking RS

After the success of the MK2 Focus RS Ford have decided to up their game. The 300hp FWD offering went down well, and has gained a large fan base. Many enthusiasts were disappointed that Ford didn’t go the whole hog and give it AWD and some more power, but 300bhp was the comfortable limit for a FWD RS, even with the companies Revo Knuckle design helping to get the power down.

This time they have come out all guns blazing. There’s a 2.3 Turbo engine hiding under the bonnet that is said to produce at least 320bhp. The power will make its way to the tarmac via an all-wheel drive system. This should make the fast Focus a lot more appealing to tuners and enthusiasts alike. The interior will boast Recaro seats and a flat bottomed steering wheel, as well as other sporty driver focused styling cues.

Ford have remained tight lipped about the cars performance, and are expected to release all the figures at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
